Is anyone able to rip this with rigging intact?

For some reason I'm unable to rip this heel with Gina's tool with the rigging intact. The model itself looks fine in Blender but seems all the rigging is lost the moment I import it.

I literally just imported the .dae, then immediately file -&t export as collada avastar.

Can someone try with Gina's tool to see if you can preserve the rigging?
