Account Selling

I am thinking about selling my main account she is a little over 9 years old,and She has a lot and I mean a lot of inventory on her over 65k items.
She also has a Store where she sells baby clothes, that are made for prim babies, as well as 3 prim babies in her invetory and lots of accessories for them. So the person that bought the business would have to know Photoshop or another photo editing program like Gimp.
The store would have to be moved from where it is at. The person who bought would get the whole store as I built the store, and they would get everything in it plus everything to make the clothing with.
So I guess my question is does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about pricing?
On how to go about getting rid of any friends on the account? I guess I could mute them all then delete.
I do live in the united states. would this be safe for the person buying and me also I don't want to get into trouble but I really want to pursue something else in SL.
and don't want to work this business anymore but I have a lot of Real Money tied up into it.
I would give the buyer the security passwords for the account and they can even have the email account and if they want the FB account, yes my avi has her very own FB account.
She also has lots of clothing templates from Trendy, and other places. and has a few vendors set up with Avatar clothing in them.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
