Anim2BVH Bento Version

Converts anim, animatn files to bvh. (Even the Bento versions)
This allows you to open the animations with bvhacker and, if desired, edit them.
I added a numeric up down control to set the elevation of the pelvis.
If you have to import your animation IW, this value should be zero. Instead if you want to see the animation with bvhacker the recommended value is 43.5285.
If you edit the BVH files, remember to set the offset vector, of the hip joint, to (0, 0, 0) before saving the modified BVH files if you plan to import the animation IW.
